Being Discouraged
Discouragement is a part of life. As Christians, if we are discouraged, we can always go to God. We also have each other. Take a look at Psalm 69 and Matthew 11:25-30. God wants us to tell Him what’s on our mind. In fact, we’re commanded to “pray without ceasing,” (1st Thessalonians 5:17). Another thing you could do is just be out in nature. As the young hip kids say, “go touch grass”. Taking a look at all the things God made is a made is a great reminder that He is in control. Another way would be to study your Bible. Take a look at Psalm 19:7-10.
No matter what you do to destress/get encouraged, praise God. He deserves it for everything He’s done.

Being Lonely as a Christian
I know that not every Christian feels lonely (lucky them). But it does happen, and especially now, the world is more likely to shut us out. That may not seem so bad, but it isn’t easy when our friends in the world abandon us. That’s part of why Christians need each other. Take a look at Hebrews 10: 24-25 and Romans 12:12-13 We’re commanded to meet together and to be hospitable. Even if we are rejected by the world, we have each other. I myself am leery of having friends in the world. I prefer my Christians friends. Y’all act better than most people do these days. And as I’m sure we can also talk to God. Take a look at Colossians 4:2 and 1st Thessalonians 5:17. God will always be there for us.
